In this video Palesa provides the steps on how to write your own will. There is a template attached to this tutorial that can be used to guide you as you draft your will.
1. You can write out your will by hand or type it out.
2. Once the will has been drafted, keep a copy in a safe place in the house where it can also be found once you have passed away. Have another copy that you could give to a family member, a trusted person, a legal representative or a bank. Your will is then going to be produced at the Masters office on the day of your death.
3. Update your will every few years. Note that new wills cancel the previous wills therefore it is important to state in your new will that this new will cancels the old one.
